Our eye doctors take the time to explain the results of your eye exam, describe your options and listen to your eye care needs. Because maintaining good eye health is an ongoing partnership, we encourage you to ask questions and share your health information, which could be vital to monitoring, diagnosing, and treating potential vision problems.

Dr. Sairah Malik is a Texas licensed optometrist and certified glaucoma specialist. She serves as Clinical Director for Pro-Optix. She is also board-certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease with a special interest in dry eye treatment, LASIK , cataract co management and ocular surface disease.
Originally from Vancouver, BC, Dr. Malik completed her undergraduate coursework at The University of British Columbia and she received her doctorate at The University of Houston College of Optometry. Dr. Malik has had extensive training in LASIK and Cataract surgery management and treatments for dry eye and ocular surface diseases and is excited to bring her knowledge and experience to Pro-Optix. Dr. Malik serves on the board for a non for profit organization The Off Ramp and serves the displaced community in her spare time. She enjoys travelling, reading and spending time with her daughter, son and husband.

Dr. Sana Malik enjoys practicing full scope family eye care with training in pediatrics, contact lenses, speciality contact lenses, cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes, and a heavy emphasis on dry eye treatment.
Born in Canada, Dr. Malik was raised in Vancouver, BC. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of British Columbia, and went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. During her studies, Dr. Malik spent several months training in ocular disease treatment and management at the V.A hospital in Palo Alto, CA and North Miami, FL. She also got training in specialty contact lenses and pediatrics in Houston, TX and Vancouver, BC. Dr. Malik enjoys travelling and hiking along with spending time with her twin boys and husband.
